Our firm uses a team approach with clients to resolve claims. For example, if the lawyer with carriage of the claim is not available, we encourage you to contact any member of our team.
Our firm is structured to promote the most cost effective delivery of legal services. Our lawyers have a wide range of experience at the Bar. Work is handled by a lawyer with the appropriate level of experience. We use law clerks and articling students where appropriate.
We have an up-to-date computer network with Windows-based word processing, document management and litigation support. Our office has the capacity for E-mail and to accept electronic transfer of documents. All lawyers are on the network at the office, and have remote access from home. We have direct access to on-line legal data bases for timely and efficient research.
