Professional Fees and File Review:

Our accounts are submitted in a format and with a frequency convenient to you. On request, we will provide a schedule of hourly rates. We believe that our rates are competitive in the industry.

Our objective is to deliver cost efficient legal services. The following are three ways that we endeavour to fulfil the objective:

• The lawyer with carriage of the file may have a scheduling conflict. Rather than adjourning, we make every effort to have a lawyer of equal or more seniority attend, subject to your approval. In the circumstances, the hourly rate will be that of the lawyer who has carriage of the file.

• You are welcome to telephone us for general advice. No file has to be opened and no account is rendered.

• We are pleased to have your representatives come to our office to review files, preferably every six to eight months. This enhances communication and provides an additional opportunity to review the Litigation Strategy.
